This website is owned and operated by Map Active Thailand Ltd. and these terms and conditions apply to visitors and users of Dr. Martens Thailand. "We" refers to Dr. Martens Thailand, the provider of this website, and "You" refers to the user who accepts these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least seventeen (17) years old to create a user account and/or place an order with Dr. Martens Thailand. If you are under seventeen (17) years old, you must only place orders with Dr. Martens Thailand with the consent and involvement of your parent or guardian.

PRIVACY POLICY

You agree that all information and personal data you provide to Dr. Martens Thailand via the website, email, phone, or other communication channels is genuinely yours and is not derived from the personal data of a third party without lawful permission. 3. All products should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions, precautions, and guidelines provided.
4. Use of our website is not intended to replace advice from a health, sports, and/or fitness professional. Dr. Martens Thailand is merely an online store for sports, fitness, and lifestyle products. 5. Product images displayed on Dr. Martens Thailand may differ slightly from the actual products you receive. There may be a size discrepancy of approximately 1-2 centimeters, depending on the development and manufacturing process. Additionally, product colors may vary from those displayed due to the differing color display capabilities of each device. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will exactly match the actual product color.
6. While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on Dr. Martens Thailand are accurate and complete, we cannot guarantee that information, descriptions, colors, prices, promotions, or any other content on the website will be accurate, current, or free of errors. Dr. Martens Thailand reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including changing or updating information, or canceling orders if incorrect information is found on the website at any time, without prior notice, even after you have placed an order.

Placing Orders

1. To place an order, you must provide us with accurate and truthful information, and you are responsible for keeping your information updated by notifying us of any changes.
2. To submit an order, you must follow the online ordering process on Dr. Martens Thailand. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice, which constitutes acknowledgment of your order.
3. While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on Dr. Martens Thailand are accurate and complete, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel before the product is dispatched and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
4. We are not obliged to fulfill your order if the price displayed on Dr. Martens Thailand is incorrect.
5. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to confirm sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The order will not be confirmed until this check is completed, and your card will be charged once we send you the order confirmation. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
6. Once payment is approved and you click the "Place Order" button, you confirm that you have checked your order details (e.g., product color, size, quantity (as applicable)), that the card is yours, and that you have sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of the goods.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from Dr. Martens Thailand at any time and/or remove or edit any content or material on this website. While we will make our best efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we need to refuse to process an order, even after we have sent you an order confirmation/invoice, which we reserve the right to do at our sole discretion at any time.
8. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any product from Dr. Martens Thailand, whether that product has been sold or not, the removal or editing of any content or material on the website, or for refusing to process or accept any order.

Product Delivery

1. We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery address specified in your order.
2. In case of delivery delay, we will endeavor to inform you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, liability, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from such delay.
3. We will deliver products in our standard packaging. You acknowledge that all products are standard and not custom-made to your specific requirements.

Return Policy

Criteria

1. Product returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection (too large or too small, without any error from the size chart) are only accepted for products sold at regular price or with a discount not exceeding 30%. We will not accept returns for products purchased during promotions with discounts greater than 30%.
2. Product returns in cases of receiving the wrong product, incorrect size (due to size chart discrepancy), or damaged products are allowed, subject to further consideration by Dr. Martens Thailand.
3. The product must be unused and in its original, complete condition, with all tags still attached and no damage whatsoever.
4. The product must be free from stains, torn seams, missing buttons, loose threads, or any other condition indicating damage from use.
5. The product must come with its original brand box and packaging in intact condition. The box and packaging must not be broken or dented, must not have any adhesives attached, and must include all accessories or components originally included with the packaging, such as paper boxes, hangers, stickers, ribbons, ropes, plastic bags, or other materials.
6. Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you receive the product, and the returned product must reach the designated location within 7 days from the date the return request is approved by Dr. Martens Thailand.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are only possible if the product you initially received was incorrect or damaged, and the company has the correct product available for replacement. However, there may be cases where you receive an incorrect/damaged product, but the company does not have the correct product available for replacement. In such cases, the company will process a refund to you instead.

The company does not support exchanging products for different sizes. If you order a size S product and wish to exchange it for a size M, the company will recommend that you return the size S product and place a new order for the desired size.

DISCLAIMER

Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, or as required by applicable law, the company makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding any matter whatsoever, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any rights related to Dr. Martens Thailand membership for all content, products, or services available through Dr. Martens Thailand, including implied warranties arising from course of performance or course of dealing. In some jurisdictions, the law may not permit such disclaimers of warranty, so the foregoing limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

You understand, acknowledge, and fully agree that, to the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, Dr. Martens Thailand, or its licensors, distributors, or third-party content providers, shall not be liable for indirect or other types of damages arising from or related to the following:

5. Delays and/or inability to use this website, or any information, products, and services available on the website.
6. Modification, omission, or deletion of any content submitted or published on this website.

Dr. Martens Thailand shall control the defense of any claim under such indemnification, and in no event shall you settle any dispute or claim without Dr. Martens Thailand's prior written consent.

When you use the website or send emails to Dr. Martens Thailand, you are communicating with Dr. Martens Thailand electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications sent to you electronically shall have the same legal validity as written communications. FORCE MAJEURE

Dr. Martens Thailand shall be relieved of its obligation to perform under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, due to an event or series of events arising from:

• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, any other weather conditions, or natural disaster
• War, terrorism, rebellion, riot, civil unrest, or insurrection
• Quarantine or embargoes
• Strikes
• Epidemics
• Inability to use rail, sea, air, road, or other forms of public or private transportation
• Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks
• Or any other event beyond the control of Dr. Martens Thailand

In the event of such an occurrence that temporarily prevents Dr. Martens Thailand from delivering your ordered products, you will be given the option to postpone delivery or cancel your order and receive a refund.

WAIVER

The failure or delay of either party (whether the company or you) to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right and shall not extend to or affect any other subsequent event, or affect any related right or remedy, or in any way modify, diminish, or restrict the rights of either party under these Terms and Conditions.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions (or any rights, benefits, or obligations hereunder) whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Dr. Martens Thailand, which Dr. Martens Thailand may grant or withhold in its sole discretion. Any assignment not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void. Dr. Martens Thailand shall have the right to assign these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party at its discretion.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or any other part of any provision. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect, as long as these Terms and Conditions can continue without relying on such unenforceable provision.

MODIFICATION AND ALTERATION

You acknowledge and agree that Dr. Martens Thailand may amend, supplement, or delete certain parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, in accordance with the company's policy, by publishing the updated Terms and Conditions on the website. You have no right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to periodically review changes to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are made shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Both Dr. Martens Thailand and you, as the user/customer, agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. All contacts, transactions, and communications between Dr. Martens Thailand and you, as the user/customer, shall be conducted in Thai.
